SHANXI PROVINCIAL CHEMICAL DESIGN INSTITUTE
Shanxi Provincial Chemical Design Institute is a national key comprehensive national chemical design institute in Shanxi province. It has been established in 1965, nowadays class-A design qualification in chemical engineering, coking and fireproofing materials engineering, class-A engineering consulting qualification in chemical engineering and steel engineering, Class-A supervision qualification in chemical engineering, and Class-B environmental impact assessment, which holds lump-sum contracting qualification permitted by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China.
In-service institute has a total of more than 184 staff, of whom have senior professional titles accounting for the total number of employees by more than 80%, among them 107 with various registered qualification personnel, with abundant technical force and advanced equipment, engineering design fully realized by Microcomputer, which wins unanimous backing from numerous customers. With years of development, the institute in consultation, design and business area related to chemical, petrochemical, medicine, coking, construction, municipal works, environmental engineering, environmental impact assessment, project supervision, lump-sum contracting etc., which are meant to lay the well-formed groundwork for establishing a late-model engineering company.
In recent years, in chemical industry, coking and gas industries, our institute, in coordination with the mainline of the industrial structure adjustment our institute and active service for customers, has successively completed fixed asset investment over 300 million yuan of state and local large capital construction projects and more than 100 technology reconstruction projects in engineering consulting, engineering design, and so on. What’s more, it gains remarkable achievements in chemical industry and coking field, more than 10 projects awarded the Provincial-level outstanding title, at the top of the domestic design institutes. In 2007, our institute designs the first set of the largest domestic engineering 1830 using coke oven gas to make ammonia -urea for Huarui Coal Chemical Industry CO., LTD., which became the typical achievement in integrating utilization of key resources and energy-saving and emission reduction, and won a widespread high praise in the industry. The coking design market extended to South Asia, such as India, after having completed six Indian coking projects, our institute completed the coking project design in Brazil for German Krupp Corporation. In early 2013, it completed the clean coking project design for Thailand General Nice Corporation, the clean coke oven succeeds in going to the world. In 2009，the Gaoping Xinggao clean coke and electricity engineering designed by our institute was awarded Shanxi Province top ten outstanding designs.
Meanwhile, occupying the market by optimal solutions and best services, our institute tries our best to develop independent intellectual property rights, just coking collects dozens of technical inventions and utility model patents in the QRD clean heat recovery stamping type of coke oven, coke quenching car, Coal sealing device, etc. Recently, we cooperate with the technical unit to successively complete Synthetic Oil Catalyst engineering design, seawater desalination engineering design, upgrading lignite engineering design, new series of detailed chemical technology, etc., which paves the new way for revitalizing the institute through technology. And on this basis the technology of desulfurization design by using super gravity was identified by China Petroleum & Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Association. The designs between the project of Huarui Corporation producing synthetic ammonia urea from coke oven gas and the project of Tianji Group synthetic ammonia desulfurization won the first prize provincial excellent engineering design. Since 2008, our institute has been constantly awarded a title of 2A credit rating, which wins a good condition for getting involved in Competition.
